Defective Products
In May 2023, I purchased two pairs of NB 928 V3, of which one pair was warehoused since 12/2019. As a result of long-term storage, the shoes are not maintaining their shape.
On the other pair, you can readily see that the material on the toe box area is defective and NB has stated that the defects are due to shoe modification.
The shoes have not been modified other than having customized removable inserts.
The original inserts are removable without causing any damage or shoe distortion.
Not realizing that the one pair of black shoes was manufactured on 12/2019, I had to add additional heel grips to the right-footed shoe because it was constantly loosening up on me, causing heel blisters. I've been wearing the NB928 for a number of years with customized inserts and never had issues-until now.

Resolved: Bad customer service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Physical store sent back to factory the ordered shoes and ordered replacement product with the needed receipt

Poor Quality, No Warranty
I have had good luck with New Balance for at least 30 years.I expect a replacement for a defective product "engineered by New Balance", then I will consider buying New Balance products again.
